Our Booking Policy We love seeing our regulars! To ensure we can fit everyone in, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Off-Peak Times: If you cancel on short notice during a quiet period, A first short notice will be noted on your profile. Subsequent late cancellations may incur a fee. High-Demand & Special Occasions: During peak days or special occasions (such as Mother’s Day), a cancellation fee will apply. On these days, we often turn away other clients to hold your spot. Staff Scheduling: This policy also helps us respect our team. Because we coordinate our therapists' schedules and travel based on your bookings, the cancellation fee ensures we can still cover the costs of the professional time we have reserved for you.
