1. Booking Required: We kindly request no walk-ins. Please book in advance by calling or texting 0422 148 375.

2. Service Limitations: We provide only our standard treatments. Please refrain from requesting any “special” services.

3. During Treatments: We may not be able to answer your call immediately. We will respond as soon as possible, or feel free to leave a text message.

4. Couple Bookings: Available on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. If your preferred time is already booked, you are welcome to call or text us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

5. Private Health Insurance: Claims can be processed with a valid receipt, and you can submit your claim online or your private health app

6. Consent & Health Forms: For Med Spa Facial and Remedial Massage bookings, please complete the Consent & Questionnaire Form before your appointment

7. Cancellations/Reschedules: We don’t take advance payments, as we believe in mutual trust and responsibility 🤝. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to others. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
