Off-Peak Times: If you cancel on short notice during a quiet period, A first short notice will be noted on your profile. Subsequent late cancellations may incur a fee. High-Demand & Special Occasions: During peak days or special occasions (such as Mother’s Day), a cancellation fee will apply. On these days, we often turn away other clients to hold your spot. Staff Scheduling: This policy also helps us respect our team.
